Mental (ill) health is like that - a pisser. But recognising same is a plus - although it might not feel like that. You have burdens, sometimes (?often) they will get you down. Recognise your strengths for you certainly have them - but it is easy for me to say that as I don't live your life. You have got this far - so you do have strength, so give your self a pat om the back. It is okay to feel down at times, you are allowed to feel sorry for yourself - but try not to let it overwhelm. You are not unhealthy - you are human. Anna
